In order to insure
uninterrupted service to your website, the service contract will

renew a domain name by the due date will mean that Domain Names
Registrars will offer the name for others

within the first 21 days of hosting minus any setup or domain registration
fees. After 21 days, no refund is offered or promised. Acceptable

the right to refuse service to any site at our sole discretion. Although
we do not believe in censorship, TasHost.com does not allow the following
types of sites:
- Websites containing
pornographic material
- Racist or hate-related
websites
- "Warez"
sites, including but not limited to any copyrighted software or music

keycodes, serial numbers, decoder chips, etc...) are also not permitted.
- Any other content
which is not legal in Australia or the United States.
Unsolicited Email/ SPAM
TasHost will
not host websites which are advertised through unsolicited email, excessive
newsgroup crossposting, or off-topic newsgroup posts. What is considered
spam is determined at the sole discretion of TasHost. Sites in violation

TasHost has a
strict policy of one website per account. If more than one website is
being hosted under an account, TasHost.com reserves the right to charge
accordingly for each separate site as a separate account. Up to three
domain names can point to the same site without any extra fee, however
the domain names may not point to a sub directory or a specific page on
the site. If any site exceeds its monthly bandwidth allowance, overage
will be charged at the rate of AUD$25.00 per gigabyte of overuse.
